ORA GALERIA GIFT CARDS REGULATIONS

1. TERMS OF USE

1. The gift card is available in EUR in the following denominations: 50, 100, 200, 250
2. The gift card can be purchased on our website www.oragaleria.com
3. The Gift Card in electronic form is automatically sent to the Buyer to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, immediately after placing and paying for the Gift Card order.
4. The User can exchange the gift card for any Product in the online store
5. To use the Gift Card on our website, when shopping online, the User should………… in the order summary.
6. Products purchased using a Gift Card can be returned or filed a complaint under the general principles of Ora Galeria. The amount paid with the Gift Card is returned only to the Gift Card, the remaining amount is refunded according to the payment method.
7. The validity period of the Gift Card is 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Only the buyer may withdraw from the Gift Card purchase agreement. Due to the fact that the Gift Card is sold in digital form (unique numerical code) and the subject of the sales contract is the digital content referred to in Art. 2 point 5 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2020.287, i.e. of 2020/02/21), the commencement of the performance of the contract before the expiry of the statutory 14-day period for withdrawal from the sales contract must be preceded by the consent of the Buyer or other The User to whom the Buyer transferred the rights to the Gift Card. In the event of granting by the above-mentioned consent to commence the performance of the Gift Card sales contract (i.e. providing the numerical code) before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal from the sales contract, the Buyer will lose the right to withdraw from the Gift Card sales contract referred to in Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2020.287, i.e. of 2020/02/21), which is in accordance with the provisions of Art. 38 point 13 above. 9. A Gift Card cannot be purchased using a discount code or a second Gift Card.
10. Ora Galeria is not responsible for the loss of your unique purchase code.

3 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Purchasing a Gift Card is tantamount to accepting these Gift Card Regulations and the Online Store Regulations.
